REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Booking Cancellations


Customers cannot cancel bookings at any point after checkout. Bookings are non refundable.

2. Change Requests


Booking changes are subject to availability.

3. Faulty Equipment


If equipment arrives faulty or unusable, Vowzi will provide:
• replacement equipment where possible;
• partial refund; or
• full refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Change of Mind


Change-of-mind refunds after checkout are not available.
